Tiana began her dance training at a young age in the competitive dance world, where she quickly discovered her passion for movement and performance. Over the years, she has trained extensively in acrobatics, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, modern, hip-hop, ballet, improvisation, and partner work, making her a versatile and well-rounded artist.

As a certified instructor with Acrobatic Arts Module 1 and 2, Tiana specializes in acrobatics and floorwork, blending athletic strength with artistic expression. Her choreography is known for its fluid transitions, innovative use of momentum, and seamless integration of acrobatic elements into dance phrases. By combining grounded floorwork techniques with acrobatic vocabulary, she creates movement that is both dynamic and expressive, pushing dancers to explore new ways of connecting with the floor and their bodies.

In addition to teaching, Tiana is the co-creator of The Movement, a workshop designed to develop acrobatic skills with a strong foundation in floorwork. This program welcomes dancers of all backgrounds, emphasizing body awareness, control, and safe technique while encouraging creativity and individuality. Through The Movement, she helps dancers unlock a deeper understanding of how acrobatics can enhance artistry and storytelling in performance.

Currently, Tiana shares her love for dance as a choreographer and workshop instructor, inspiring young dancers to find their voice through movement. With her positive energy, dedication, and drive, she embraces every opportunity to grow as an educator and artist—while motivating her students to do the same.
